Piracicaba is the 19th city in territorial extension in the State of São Paulo with excepcioanl sites for industrial plants, located in the most developed nd industrialized area of a state wich has the highest economic potential in Brazil.

Piracicaba is a city with ideal characteristics, basic sanitary infrastructure, a grat number of schools and colleges, hospitals, and means transportation and communication that could be compared to those of the biggest cities of the world. Piracicba has water treatment centers that supply potable water to approximately 100% of the population, including rural areas and the Industrial District. The sewage system covers 97% of the city. The telecommunication system is similar to those of the most developed centers with DD, IDD and cellular phone.

Piracicaba has a privileged location close to the capital of the state and served by the most modern highways in Brazil. The city's connection to Mercosul is already in the implementing phase through the waterway formed by Pircicaba, Tietê and Paraná rivers. the city has large energy and power supply capacity and a project to implement a gas duct between Brazil and Bolivia is under study. Paulínia Petroleum Refinery, the biggest in the State of Sào Paulo is located within miles of piracicaba city.

Businesses are blooming, residential areas have excellent infrastructure with recreational areas, services, health clubs, sports clubs, etc. This excepcional structure has attracted many national and multinational companies like Caterpillar Brazil and branches of General motors. Industrial production based on Metallurgy is quite diversified with efective participation of the Dedini Group.
